snow days...

Okay, I know it is June, but this week we have been taken back to January's darkest days and snow. January we had several snow days where the boys missed school. Oh the celebrating that went on in our house. I took the time to remind them that they only had one calamity day left,(out of five) and anything missed after that would mean days tacked on at the end of the school year. Both boys said they didn't care. Fast forward to this week when Sam says "Why do we have to go to school on Monday, it's not fair?" It was then that I chose to remind him of the past Winter's conversation about snow days. His response- "that's suckish."
